Fabio is a character in Tomb Raider II.
He is Marco Bartoli's sea plane pilot who seems a bit wary about his boss's plans to excavate the Wreck of the Maria Doria. Marco punches him for his lack of belief and tells him to "have faith" not "gut-rot."
