RJC are the initials of Richard James Croft. In Tomb Raider Underworld, Lara's Father, Richard James Croft, left behind a note signed as "RJC", which he never used before. This points Lara to Richard James Croft Sr., her grandfather. Natla - at that point hunting the same artefact - was not able to decipher this hint.
