Richard Henshingley Croft is Lara's father.
In the original storyline (according to the material released with the game Tomb Raider) Lara’s father Henshingley had disowned his daughter.
Since the release of the original game, his biography has been expanded and to some extent retconned.

Lord Richard Croft (Movie)
