The Matrox Mystique was one of the first 2d/3d-accelleration video cards available that was supported by a wider range of games, including Tomb Raider 1. It does not however deliver as much performance as the Voodoo based cards but e.g. on an old Pentium 90Mhz with a 4MB Matrox Mystque one can play Tomb Raider 1 in "high resolution", even though it's not perfect (especially when there are big rooms to be rendered, but that is mostly due to the slow CPU).
