A horizontal Rope is a special kind of Rope. There are three different types of horizontal ropes. Lara will also meet vertical ropes.
- A rope which Lara can walk across.
- A rope attached above Lara's head that she can use to traverse to the other side of a structure.
- A rope Lara can slide down on. Sometimes with a handle attached to the upper end on which Lara can grab hold.
