The breakable windows can be found in Venice, at the beginning of Opera House and in Tomb Raider V in Streets of Rome, The Base. They are common windows that can be broken by either shooting them with Lara's guns or by simply jumping through them. In Venice, Lara can drive right through them with the motorboat.
