Falling Apart is the 18th and last Level in Shadow of the Tomb Raider, taking place in Peru.
Story
When Lara Croft tries to follow the chopper with Dr. Dominguez and the Silver Box of Ix Chel downhill, a volcanic bomb starts an avalanche of mud and derbies that flattens part of the Mission of San Juan and threatens to overtake Lara. She has to evade all the obstacles in her path and in the end lands in the river.
