Xibalba is the name of the Mayan Underworld. This location will be one of the many Lara will be searching for in Tomb Raider Underworld. It is unknown if Lara will explore the Mayan underworld separately while being in Mexico like speculated before, or if, as Xibalba, Helheim, and Avalon are the same place, its aspects will be incorporated in the Helheim level at the end of the game.
