Tihocan was one of the three leaders of Atlantis, along with Qualopec and Natla. Together these three created the Scion, a device of amazing power.
Tihocan and Qualopec sentenced Natla to eternal imprisonment for misusing the Scion. Tihocan was buried below St. Francis' Folly in Greece, protected by two Atlantean Centaurs.
