The Crimson Fire is one of the Artifacts in Shadow of the Tomb Raider. It is part of the collection Lara's Notebook.
It is automatically obtained during the City of the Serpent section of the game, after the point of no return. If you've collected all artifacts (minus this and Unuratu's Amulet) before the point of no return, you will obtain the trophy/achievement Dr. Croft upon collecting this artifact, as it is the last one found in the game.
