Status Bars

The Status Bars are display meters throughout the Tomb Raider Games. They come in many different forms, the most common among them being the Health Bar.

Types of Status Bars

This bar, which has been in all Tomb Raider games from the start, displays Lara's health status. When it's depleted - by taking damage - she dies.
This bar, also one of the regular display bars, shows the air supply remaining in Lara's lungs while diving. Once it's depleted Lara will quickly lose health, till she dies.
This is a kind of Exposure Bar. It comes into play when Lara enters Icy Water. It shows Lara's body temperature status and will continue running down, as long as she remains in the water. It occurred in the Antarctica, in Tomb Raider III.
The sprint bar, which was introduced in Tomb Raider III, along with the ability to sprint, shows how much sprint power Lara has left.
The grip bar can only by found in Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness. It shows how much longer Lara will be able to climb, shimmy, hang from a ledge.
The adrenaline bar was introduced in Tomb Raider Underworld.
