St. Aicard's Church is part of the Parisian Ghetto level in The Angel of Darkness. The no-longer-functional church is used as a gym. Here you can make a bet with a gym trainer and win his "fancy gold watch", noted as his prize possession in your inventory. On a upper level there are some items that you can collect and also Lara can gain an upgrade by moving a stone block.
The watch and some other items are valuable, therefore you can trade them in at Daniel Rennes's Pawn Shop. Trade them in before you confront Louis Bouchard as he is killed after that.
