Situational Adrenaline is a feature in Tomb Raider Underworld. The feature replaces the Interactive Cutscenes from Tomb Raider Legend and Tomb Raider Anniversary.

The Situational Adrenaline is triggered in sudden, dangerous situations and this shows a time slowing up.[1] Slowing time shows as slightly blurring screen.

During Situational Adrenaline Lara must avoid this sudden danger by making an situationally appropriate move e.g. by jumping out of the way.

Avoiding the danger is done with standard movement keys.[2]
