The Oni Noh Mask is one of the three Noh Masks to be found in Tomb Raider (2013). It is one of the many relics in the game.
This mask was used in the traditional Japanese Noh theatre. I think it represents a demon, or oni.

Historical Precedent
"Noh" (or "Nogaku") is a form of classical Japanese musical drama that has been performed since the 14th century. Special noh masks (能面 "nō-men" or 面 "omote") are used and they all have names. The masks are carved from Japanese cypress and they're painted with natural pigments on a neutral base of glue and crunched seashell.[3]
