In the Classic Games, The Angel of Darkness and in Tomb Raider Anniversary, they come in two different sizes:
In Tomb Raider Legend and onwards there are only one kind of medipack. These kind of medipacks would fully heal Lara's health regardless of damage taken before use. In Tomb Raider Underworld the medipacks are called Health Packs and their appearance would change depending the the level being played. These appearances varied between a red potion in a gold coloured goblet to a brown first aid kit. The Health Packs don't always heal Lara completely if her health is very low.
