Lara's Yacht has been shown in several of the Tomb Raider Comics, as well as Tomb Raider Underworld. Besides that we see Lara stealing Natla's Yacht in Tomb Raider/Tomb Raider Anniversary after escaping from Atlantis.

Tomb Raider Underworld

Lara's Yacht

Being tipped of by Professor Eddington, a friend of her fathers, that Lord Croft had previously searched an undiscovered island in the Mediterranean for hints to the true location of Avalon, Lara travels there in Tomb Raider Underworld, using her family yacht. At the beginning of the Mediterranean Sea section Lara is standing on the upper deck, looking out to sea, she then descends to the lower deck to talk to Zip and Alister on a video chat. Equipped with her diving gear, Lara then dives into the water below. After having obtained the first of Thor's Gauntlets and immediately being robbed of it by Amanda's Mercenaries, she used her yacht for getting close to Amanda's freighter ship and infiltrating it. After sinking Amanda's boat Lara uses her yacht to travel to Thailand, following a hint given by Jacqueline Natla. At the end of her Thailand exploration we see Lara leaving headed for home.

The yacht can be explored in-game to some extend. However there is not much to see as Lara can not climb up to the upper bridge deck. Unless you were on the God of Thunder or Andaman Sea levels in which you can get on it by climbing the chain and jumping off of it. On the PS2 and Wii, the ladder is down for Lara to climb on.
