Lara's Yacht has been shown in several of the Tomb Raider Comics, as well as Tomb Raider Underworld. Besides that we see Lara stealing Natla's Yacht in Tomb Raider/Tomb Raider Anniversary after escaping from Atlantis.

Lara's Yacht

In Tomb Raider Underworld Lara travels to the Mediterranean in search of the Hammer of Thor. She will start her search from the Yacht, which can also be explored in-game.
