During Interactive Cutscenes, players have to press corresponding buttons as they appear onscreen to make Lara perform an action. If they press the wrong button or do not press the button in time, Lara will die.  
There are two types of these cutscenes. In one you have to quickly press a combination of certain buttons (Direction Buttons in the PC Version; Directions, {{X}}, {{O}}, {{D}}, {{Q}} and shoulder buttons on PS2).

The Interactive Cutscenes are a new feature in Tomb Raider Legend and are also featured in Tomb Raider Anniversary. In Tomb Raider Underworld they have been replaced with Adrenaline moments which is slowed down gameplay that lets Lara escape from danger.

During Interactive Cutscenes, players have to press corresponding buttons as they appear onscreen to make Lara perform an action. If they press the wrong button or do not press the button in time, Lara will die.
