A Golden Lara Copy exists in the Tomb Raider IV level Cleopatra's Palaces.
To trigger it, Lara has to step on a certain floor tile. Once she picks up the Medipack lying there, a magical spiral will start spinning around her and on the opposite side a golden copy will appear standing amidst another spiral. This statue will be attacked by Harpys throughout the game. Lara has to keep her safe, as any damage dealt to the copy, is dealt to her.
