Gold Ore are one of the rarer Resources that can be found in Shadow of the Tomb Raider. It does not serve any Crafting purpose but is only good for selling it to one of the Merchants in Paititi for Gold Coins. Gold Coins in turn can be used to buy other items or resources.
Sell Gold Ore to merchants.

Gold Ore can be found in Crypts and Optional Tombs, but sometimes it can be found in populated areas as well. There are also many Gold Ore Veins. Lara can carry up to 75 pieces of Gold Ore in her inventory.
