The Collapsing Staircase is a trap found in Tomb Raider Chronicles during the Red Alert! level. This trap is set to collapse a certain section of an outside staircase a soon as Lara gets close. There aren't many strategies Lara can use to bypass this trap, save for jumping over the staircase and grabbing the edge.
