Bandages are a Health item in Rise of the Tomb Raider and Shadow of the Tomb Raider. The work like Medipacks in the Classic Tomb Raider or the Lara Croft Games. A similar item were the Health Bandages from Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness, though they only restored 40% of Lara's health.
Rise of the Tomb Raider
In Rise of the Tomb Raider Lara first learns how to craft Bandages from Herbs and Cloth she has to collect during the Echoes of the Past in the Siberian Wilderness.
