The '''Mirror of Smoke''' is an ancient Aztec artefact. It is used by [[Xolotl]] to summon up [[demons]] from the [[underworld]] to fight against [[Lara Croft|Lara]] and [[Totec]] in the game [[Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light]].

For a long time it had been hidden away in [[Yucatan]] where in mythical times "the human followers of Totec, the Guardian of Light, once waged a catastrophic war against the demonic forces of Xolotl, the Keeper of Darkness". Lara is able to locate it, but it is taken by [[Vasco]], a local war lord, who triggers the curse that sets free Xolotl and Totec. Xolotl can escape and Totec explains to Lara how the Mirror of Smoke must be used to imprison him again "before the light of dawn" or it would be the end of the world.
