Jerome "The Kid" Johnson is one of [[Jacqueline Natla|Natla's]] henchmen.

Natla's bodyguard, Kin Kade, eliminated the entire gang but spared the Kid by his employer's request. Natla needed a contact in the West Coast criminal underground and the fast-talking Kid fit the job description. The Kid holds a grudge against Kin Kade for the murder of his blood brothers, but he's just smart enough not to act on any retaliatory impulses.}}

Upon reaching the entrance to the Great Pyramid, Lara finds her path blocked by Kold and Kid. Warning that they will die like Larson did if they do not get out of her way, Lara engages the two in battle. Having seemingly defeated Kold, Lara fights Kid in a shoot-out, with Kid slowly gaining the upper-hand. However, before Kid can kill Lara, Kold recovers from his injuries, and stabs Kid and hurls him across the room, angrily snarling that Lara is his to kill. Lara attempts to fend Kold off, but he grabs her by throat and pins her against a wall, raising his knife to murder Lara. Before he can, though, Kold is repeatedly shot at, and falls dead. Recovering herself, Lara turns in the direction that the bullets came from; she sees Kid, his Uzis still smoking, look toward her, before expiring from his stab wound.

Kid is not actually fought against in [[Tomb Raider Anniversary]], he's defeated after succesfully completing an [[interactive cutscene]].

The '''Doppelgänger''' (also known as '''Bacon Lara''' by the fans due to its looks) is an [[Atlantean]] copy of [[Lara Croft]] created by [[Jacqueline Natla]]. This doppelgänger appears in [[Tomb Raider]] and [[Tomb Raider Anniversary]]. In [[Tomb Raider Underworld]] Lara sees herself face to face with an [[Lara's Doppelgänger|advanced version]].

==Occurrence==
The Lara copy is first encountered in the [[Atlantis]] level of [[Tomb Raider]]. It reappears in the remake [[Tomb Raider Anniversary]], in the [[Lost Island]] level [[Lost Island - The Great Pyramid|The Great Pyramid]].

==Appearance==
It has the red skinned, hairless appearance of all [[Atlantean]] mutants, but is noticeably female. It mimics Lara's movements exactly, like a mirror image. It is inaggressive, and cannot be killed by conventional means, as any damage done to it (caused by Lara shooting at it), is inflicted on Lara as well. So if the Doppelganger is killed by Lara's Firearms Lara dies as well.

There are differences between Lara and the Atlantean copy; one is that "Bacon Lara" does not have the equipment Lara does, like guns or backpack. More obviously it does not have skin, clothing or shoes.

In [[Tomb Raider]], it seems to shoot bullets - although it has no guns. It uses the same animations as Lara does. However in [[Tomb Raider Anniversary]], it appears to shoot fireballs, presumably generating them in a similar way to [[Natla]].

Lara manages to outsmart the Atlantean by tricking it into a pit of lava covered by a trapdoor.

==Tomb Raider Anniversary==
According to the documentation released with [[Tomb Raider Anniversary]] the Lara copy is "''a hideous creature with no skin'' which ''mysteriously shares the exact physical characteristics of Lara Croft. Possessing only the most basic primal instincts, the creature mimics the actions of its adversaries. Lacking conscience, reason, and any kind of soul, the doppelgänger is at once both very dangerous and also quite vulnerable.''"

==Tomb Raider Underworld==

In [[Tomb Raider Underworld]] Natla has created a new advanced version of the doppelgänger. This version has been outfitted with skin, hair, even its iris is identical to Lara's, which enables her to invade the Croft Manor treasure room. It has been give the ability to act on its own accord, but can be given orders by its master.

One possible explanation for existence of the Atlantean copy of Lara is that it is a trap specifically designed by the [[Atlantean]]s and/or [[Natla]] to trick Lara into killing herself, or at least make it impossible for her to pass. However, given that Natla probably assumes that Lara has been killed after diving from the cliff outside the [[Sanctuary of the Scion]] and that the [[Atlantean]]s have never seen Lara before, it seems unlikely that the mutant would be hatched on the off chance that Lara would show up. Although the mutant mimics Lara's movements - maybe it has just hatched and is learning or "programming" itself by copying the first thing that it sees - it doesn't resemble Lara particularly in [[TR1]], and its encounter with Lara may just be an unfortunate accident. Furthermore, in Anniversary the Doppelganger screams and flails as it falls down the lava pit, indicating it had some kind of self awareness and realised it was going to die. This means it was not just copying Lara.

'''Thor''' is the red-haired and bearded nature god of thunder in Norse mythology and more generally Germanic mythology. He is the son of Odin and Jord. He carried a [[Thor's Hammer|hammer]], Mjolnir, as a weapon, and it is said when the hammer struck, lightening was produced.

==Tomb Raider==
A room in [[St. Francis Folly]] from [[Tomb Raider I]] is dedicated to Thor. If you enter the room, you'll spot spheres hanging from the ceiling. These emit [[Lightning bolts]] that may harm Lara if she's inside the circle of grey tiles. In the next large room you see a [[Thor's Hammer|large hammer]]. Stand on the marked floor tile until you hear a creaking and then run away. [[Lara Croft|Lara]] will be killed if she still stands on the platform after that.

After the hammer slams on the platform, two [[Moving blocks]] will drop from above. Lara can use them to climb higher up by pushing them on the appropriate spots to get the [[Thor Key]].

In [[Tomb Raider Anniversary]] this room was replaced by [[Haephestos]].

==Tomb Raider Underworld==
Thor also plays a major role in [[Tomb Raider Underworld]] as Lara searches for his hammer [[Mjolnir]] to enter the [[Underworld]] known as [[Avalon]], or in Norse mythology [[Helheim]], and destroy [[Jacqueline Natla]] once and for all. To find the hammer however Lara has to first find [[Thor's Gauntlets]] and his [[Thor's Belt|belt]].

Lara's first run in with Thor's legacy is in the [[Mediterranean]] where she finds his first Gauntlet guarded by a giant Thor statue. She then heads to [[Thailand]], where she assumes the second gauntlet is hidden, but she only finds the Thor statue and a message left by her father which makes her suspect that the artefact is hidden under the family crypt in [[Croft Manor (TR8)|Croft Manor]], which it is fact in.

In Mexico Lara can then find [[Thor's Belt]] which powers the two gauntlets.

The hammer is hidden on [[Jan Mayen Island]].
