Time Trial is the exact time you have to complete the trial.
Straight Through is the time you'll need to finish the game, when you know your way around, but want to collect all items and solve all riddles the normal way.
First Time Average is the time most players needed on their first round. (This times was carefully calculated after a poll in our forum.)
