The Fire Ghost is a baddy from Tomb Raider The Last Revelation. To get rid of them you have to jump into a pool of water and weit for them to follow you.
There is also the possiblity of releasing an ice ghost against a fire ghost. They will kill each other. (Example: In the Tomb of Semerkhet level.)
