It is found in the level Spider Tomb where it's hidden.

A decorative sceptre in an orange colour, possibly made out of clay.
Powers
When the Sceptre of Cihuacoatl is equipped, it gives the ability of Ammo Regeneration. The power is only granted when the Relic Power Meter is full.
